We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone violating these terms.

The Platform's code, design, branding, content, and analytical methodology are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish the Platform's proprietary content without our prior written consent. Third-party data and news remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party data & links
The Platform relies on third-party providers (market-data APIs, RSS/news feeds, economic-calendar sources) and may contain links to external websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Availability & modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform (or these Terms) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
